Pursuant to Clause 20.1 of the Holy Trinity Cricket Club constitution you are hereby given the required 21 days notice of a Special General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 29 April 2020 at 7pm by way of video conference.
The nature of the meeting is to discuss the current state of competition within the North Metro Cricket Association and a potential change of association for the 2020/2021 Season.
As the meeting will be held by way of video conferencing due to the COVID-19 crisis, please register your interest in attending the meeting with the Club Secretary by email ( holytrinitycricketclub@gmail.com ) by no later than COB on Friday, 24 April 2020.
